We collect personal information from our customers in the regular course of doing business.  To browse our website, you are not required to provide any personal information.  This page answers some of your most frequently asked questions, and lets you know exactly how we're protecting the information you entrust to us.

What personal information do we collect?

We only collect personal information only for the purpose of completing your purchase or service your product. Information collected could include the following:

  • Payment card number

  • Payment card expiry date

  • Your name

  • Billing and/or Shipping address

  • Purchase history

How do we use this information?

The main reasons we collect personal information from you are:

  • To complete a sales transaction

  • Provide servicing for your product

Do we share Personal Information with Third Parties?

Spytech.com will only disclosure your information to a third party if it is necessary to complete the transaction or are required to do so by law. For example we would need to disclose your name and address to a courier company to complete a delivery.

All payment card information is processed by Stripe Checkout payment service.  See their privacy policy here.

We use Canada Post and Purolator Courier for shipping, and they both provide information about their policies online.

We do not collect customer data for solicitation or to sell to third party advertisers.
