The Telephone Voice Recorder is generally used for recording telephone conversations on a land-line phone but it also can be used for most other sound recording applications. This product has intelligent noise reduction, 300 hour rechargeable battery, and adjustable voice activation that will generate high quality audio recordings. The recorder comes in a zinc alloy case for maximum durablity in the field but still fits easily in a pocket. Built in LCD display indicates record time and microphone sound levels.

In addition to those basics, this model features MP3 music player functions, similar to other portable music players.

The voice activation allows the recorder to be activated automatically (by sound) instead of the user pressing the record button. When used as a phone recorder, the voice activation function will record whenever the telephone is in use, and stop when it is hung up. This is convenient for automatically recording all phone calls. If you connect the included Telephone Recording Jack, you can record standard landline phone calls, but it might not work with VOIP or Skype or anything other than a regular old fashioned landline. Please check what kind of phone you will be using this with before purchasing. You can also set automatic timer recording for only certain times of the day.
